The 44 year-old singer reportedly spent a cool $13.5 million on the home in the Beverly Crest neighbourhood of the upscale city, according to reports. It is quite the spread as the mansion is 11,300 sq ft including seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The master suite has a three-sided fireplace and a huge bathroom including a steam shower. It is the perfect place for entertaining guest as there is a multi-level movie theatre with an attached bar/lounge and even a 800 bottle storage capacity walk in wine cellar. There is also beautiful white oak flooring, custom lighting, a wet bar and huge windows which give beautiful views of the yard. The outside of the mansion seems to be as relaxing as the inside as it includes an infinity-edge pool and a 2,000 sq ft secluded wellness centre. There is also plenty of room for Martin's many automobiles as there is parking for nine cars on the property. The original home was built in 1953 and featured four bedrooms and two baths. However a local builder purchased the property in 2014 for $3.5million and rebuilt it from scratch.
